Qantas Launched!

Conversive, the company I work for, deployed on the QantasUSA website. We haven’t had many major clients in the last few years thanks to the poor economy, so we’re really excited to have something new. If you check out the site, you’ll find a link to Vic’s Daily Giveaway. That’s what we built.

Of course, we didn’t do it all on our own. SpaceDog is responsible for the QantasUSA site, and had a big hand in the design, planning, and integration. ScanSoft provided the Australian voice (although, we did have to do a lot of arm twisting to get them to make it available). Animax provided the animation. And, last but not least, Suzanne Hornwood of Qantas North America did a great job coming up with the idea, and really making it all come together. I couldn’t hope for a better client.

With that out of the way, let me tell you a little about the actual project. Vic’s Daily Giveaway is a sweepstakes where you can win some really great prizes in Australia and New Zealand. If you’re thinking about taking a trip down under in the next year or so, you’ve got to sign up. Even if you’re not, you should check it out because it’s pretty fun and informative. BTW: If you win a prize, but can’t use it, you can trade it in for an alternate prize (I suggest you take the prize). You can get an extra entry in the sweepstakes for every person you refer that also signs up, so tell everyone you know (via the web form so we know who referred whom).
